The one-month remote assistance package puts new CPAP users directly in contact with one of our sleep experts to help streamline their transition into using their new CPAP machine.

Important Note: Remote Assistance Support is only available for new ResMed machines.

Includes the initial remote account set up and one calendar months’ worth of:

Performance Assessment at regular intervals over 30 day period by your assigned Sleep Expert
Weekly Remote Checkins with your Sleep Expert
Recommendations and Adjustments*

*For best results you should supply our team with your original prescription on purchase or during support phase. In some cases where a prescription is not supplied, your old machines settings are unobtainable and your ideal settings are not achieved with the limitations of remote assistance, it is essential for you to follow up with your local sleep specialist.
