ResMed AirSense 11 Side Cover

The ResMed AirSense 11 Side Cover — also called the end cap — is the genuine part that fits into the side of your AirSense 11 in place of the HumidAir water tub. It seals the machine for use without humidification, so you can run dry therapy or travel without carrying water.

When Would You Use It?

Two situations, mainly. If you prefer therapy without added humidity — or your environment is already humid — the side cover lets you run the machine dry. And when you're travelling, fitting the end cap instead of the tub makes the machine lighter and removes any risk of water spilling inside it in transit.

Good to know: while the side cover is fitted, the AirSense 11 automatically disables its humidifier options and settings. To return to heated humidification, simply swap the cover back out for your HumidAir 11 water tub.
