Where to start

CPAP therapy works best when your equipment is matched to your needs. Most shoppers fall into one of three groups:

  • Newly diagnosed? A CPAP package bundles a machine, mask and accessories at a lower price than buying them separately — and removes the guesswork of pairing compatible parts.
  • Upgrading or switching masks? Browse our full ranges of CPAP machines and CPAP masks, or compare options by sleeping position, breathing pattern and pressure requirements.
  • Restocking supplies? Cushions, filters, tubes and headgear need regular replacement to keep therapy effective and hygienic. Use the CPAP Mask & Machine Identification tool to find parts compatible with your exact model.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a prescription to buy a CPAP machine in Australia?

For standard CPAP machines, no — you don't need a prescription to purchase in Australia. If you do have one, we can pre-configure your machine to your prescribed pressure settings before dispatch; just upload your prescription with your order. For BiPAP, BPAP and BiLevel machines, a prescription is required — these devices have dual pressure settings that must be configured by your sleep physician.

Can I claim CPAP equipment on private health insurance or NDIS?

Many Australian private health funds offer rebates on CPAP machines and masks under extras cover — the amount depends on your fund and level of cover. CPAP Club is also a registered supplier for NDIS and DVA participants, with compliant quotes and invoices available on request.

How long is the warranty on CPAP machines?

Generally 5 years for the major brands we stock. Fisher & Paykel, Philips Respironics and Löwenstein machines come with 5-year manufacturer warranties as standard, with no registration required. ResMed machines come with 2 years standard, extending to 5 years when you register the device after purchase. All warranties are TGA-approved and serviced in Australia. Masks and consumables carry shorter manufacturer warranties depending on the brand — typically 90 days.
