The ResMed Lumis 150 VPAP ST is a non-invasive bilevel ventilator that delivers personalised ventilation to non-dependent patients with respiratory insufficiency. As the ST model, it adds Timed mode with a backup rate and iVAPS over the Spontaneous-only Lumis 100 — and is supplied here with the HumidAir heated humidifier, ClimateLineAir heated tube and built-in 4G wireless connectivity.

• Full mode set — CPAP, S, T and ST — Spontaneous and Timed bilevel therapy, so a backup rate can deliver breaths if your own rate falls below the prescribed setting.
• iVAPS (intelligent Volume-Assured Pressure Support) — targets a set ventilation level, automatically adjusting pressure support and providing intelligent backup breaths as needed.
• Intelligent Backup Rate (iBR) — adds backup breaths only when required, staying out of the way during normal spontaneous breathing.
• Optional AutoEPAP — can automatically adjust expiratory pressure to help maintain an open airway.
• IntelligentAir technology — Vsync keeps patient–ventilator synchrony despite mask leak, while TiControl and five trigger/cycle sensitivity levels let your clinician fine-tune timing.
• Automatic humidification — the HumidAir humidifier and ClimateLineAir heated tube deliver consistent warmth and moisture via Climate Control, reducing dryness and rainout.
• Built-in 4G wireless and AirView — therapy data uploads automatically for remote monitoring, with Ramp and Ramp Down for comfort at the start and end of each session.

The Lumis 150 VPAP ST is prescribed when bilevel support needs a backup rate or volume-assured ventilation — for example, in respiratory insufficiency where a patient can't be relied on to trigger every breath.
