You might find some mixed information out there about tubing specifications.

In a nutshell, the slimline tubing is designed to be a smaller lighter and more flexible tube most commonly used for Airsense s9 & S10 devices. It is 15mm in diameter and provided a great alternative to standard 6ft hoses.

Standard CPAP tubing is usually 19mm in Diameter (interior) with a 22mm rubber cuff which often allows connection to a variety of CPAP machines. There is a feature on machines that will allow users to stipulate what hose is being used.

For majority of patients who do not need to make rapid pressure adjustments slimline hose is perfectly fine (Often preferred) and will not effect the pressure.
