About the InfinitySeal™ Cushion

The AirFit N20 uses ResMed's InfinitySeal™ nasal cushion — a dual-wall silicone design that adapts to the contours of the nose rather than relying on headgear tension to maintain the seal. The outer wall flexes to conform to the face while the inner wall provides structural support, distributing pressure evenly across the nasal bridge and sides of the nose. This reduces the red marks and pressure points that firmer single-wall nasal cushions can cause over a full night of therapy, and maintains seal integrity as users reposition during sleep.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the AirFit N20 cushion every 6 months under normal use. Signs that it's time to replace include increased leak alerts, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or persistent odour. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water or CPAP mask wipes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
