About the N30i Nasal Cradle Cushion

The AirFit N30i uses a nasal cradle cushion that sits under the nostrils rather than over the nasal bridge — keeping the bridge completely free of contact and leaving a clear field of vision. The SpringFit™ frame holds the cushion with a gentle spring tension that adjusts automatically to different facial profiles without requiring manual tightening. The integrated QuietAir™ woven-mesh vent diffuses exhaled air quietly and away from the face, reducing noise and preventing the exhaled air draft that can disturb bed partners.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the AirFit N30i cushion every 6 months under normal use. Signs that it's time to replace include increased leak alerts, reduced seal quality, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or persistent odour. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water or CPAP mask wipes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
