About the AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow

The AirFit P10 uses a dual-wall nasal pillow that inserts gently into the nostrils — one of the smallest and lightest nasal pillow designs available. The dual-wall construction allows the inner pillow wall to flex and conform to the shape of each nostril individually, creating a personalised seal without requiring the pillow to be pushed firmly into the nose. This makes the P10 pillow more forgiving during sleep movement than single-wall pillows, and the minimal contact means almost no facial marks regardless of sleeping position.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the AirFit P10 nasal pillow every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or persistent odour. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water or CPAP mask wipes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
