Pilot-24 Lite 24V CPAP Battery — AirSense & AirMini Backup

The Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite is a 95Wh lithium-ion backup battery purpose-built for 24V CPAP machines — including the entire ResMed AirSense range (AirSense 10 and AirSense 11), the AirMini, and the older ResMed S9. Use it at home as automatic backup against power outages, or pack it for camping, caravanning, long-haul flights, and remote travel. It's lightweight (560 g), TGA registered (ARTG #301970), and small enough to fit in carry-on luggage.

Compatible CPAP Devices

The Pilot-24 Lite ships with cables for the ResMed AirSense 10 and AirMini. Cable kits for all other compatible machines are sold separately.

If your CPAP is a 12V machine (most older Philips DreamStation, DreamStation 2, or DeVilbiss IntelliPAP units), you'll want the Pilot-12 Lite instead. If you'd prefer a single battery that handles both voltages, the dual-voltage Pilot FLEX covers 12V and 24V machines automatically.

How to Use It

There are two main configurations:

1. Home backup — leave the Pilot-24 Lite permanently connected between your CPAP and the wall outlet. If mains power drops out overnight, the battery takes over instantly without interrupting therapy, then recharges automatically when power returns.
