In direct sunlight it fully recharges a Pilot Lite battery in around 7–9 hours, packs down to roughly the size of a hardcover book, and includes a built-in USB port so you can top up your phone or camera at the same time.

Who Is This For?

If you already own (or are buying) a Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite, Pilot-12 Lite, or Pilot FLEX and want to recharge it indefinitely under sunlight, this is the panel designed for the job. Without a Medistrom battery, the panel has no CPAP use case — please note the battery is sold separately.

How to Use It

Unfold the panel and place it in direct sunlight, ideally tilted toward the sun and clear of shade or cloud cover. Connect the included charging cable to the panel and to your disconnected Medistrom battery — never with the battery in line with a running CPAP. Position the battery itself in the shade (the fold-out flap is designed for this) to prevent overheating while the panel does the work. A full recharge typically takes 7–9 hours under clear Australian sun. Charging multiple devices through the USB port at the same time will slow the battery charge accordingly.
