Important — Not for AirCurve 11 BiLevel

The 65W PSU's plug physically fits the AirCurve 11 power port, but the AirCurve 11 requires a 90W power supply for proper BiLevel operation. Running an AirCurve 11 on this 65W unit can cause therapy interruption under load — particularly when the humidifier and heated tube are both active. If you have an AirCurve 11, you need the AirCurve 11 90W PSU instead — contact CPAP Club directly if you need help sourcing the correct AirCurve 11 power supply.

AirSense 10 or AirSense 11 — Make Sure You Have the Right PSU

This PSU is not compatible with the AirSense 10, AirCurve 10, AirStart 10, S9, or Lumis. Those older ResMed machines use a different connector and a higher 90W output — the AirSense 10 / AirCurve / Lumis 90W PSU is the correct part for them. Check the model name printed on your device — "AirSense 11" means this is the right PSU.

AC or DC — Which Do You Need?

This PSU is for AC mains power only — wall sockets at home, hotel rooms, and powered campsites. For vehicle or battery power (cars, RVs, boats, off-grid camping), you need the ResMed AirSense 11 DC/DC Converter instead, which converts 12V or 24V battery power to the regulated power the AirSense 11 needs.
