About the Swift FX Nano Cushion

The Swift FX Nano uses a nasal cradle cushion that seals under the nostrils rather than using inserted pillows — a unique design for a mask in the nasal pillow category. The cradle cups the base of the nose from below, making no insertion into the nostrils and leaving the nasal bridge completely free. ResMed designed the Nano cushion specifically for users who find conventional nasal pillow insertion uncomfortable or irritating, offering the minimal tube footprint of a pillow mask with the under-nose sealing comfort of a nasal cradle.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the Swift FX Nano cushion every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or persistent odour. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water or CPAP mask wipes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
