Genuine ResMed replacement silicone cushion for the AirFit F30i full face CPAP mask — available in four sizes (Small, Small/Wide, Medium, Large) to suit different facial structures. The F30i uses an under-the-nose seal design that covers the mouth and seals just below the nostrils, leaving the bridge of the nose entirely uncovered. Routine consumable: ResMed recommends replacing the F30i silicone cushion approximately every 6 months under normal use — sooner if you notice visible wear, increased mask leak, or skin irritation.

Choose Your Size

• Small (63350) — Standard small for shorter, narrower facial features
• Small/Wide (63351) — Unique to the F30i; short vertically but wider laterally. Suits faces with a wider mouth/jaw but shorter distance from upper lip to chin
• Medium (63352) — The most commonly fitted size; suits most average adult facial structures
• Large (63353) — Wider and taller for larger facial features

Compatible Mask

This cushion fits any ResMed F30i full face mask frame — both the AirFit F30i and the AirTouch F30i. The two F30i variants share the same frame and headgear; the only difference between them is the cushion material that comes in the box. You can swap between the silicone AirFit cushion (this product) and the AirTouch ComfiSoft fabric cushion on the same frame without changing anything else about your mask setup. This cushion does not fit the older AirFit F30 (a different mask design with front-entry tubing — phased out by ResMed in 2026). When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the AirFit F30i silicone cushion approximately every 6 months under normal use — sooner if you notice any of the following:

• Visible cracks, splits, or thinning of the silicone
• Cloudy, discoloured, or sticky cushion surface
• Increased mask leak despite proper fit and adjustment
• Skin marks lasting longer than they used to after morning removal

Cushion wear is normal — silicone gradually loses its seal flexibility from contact with facial oils, daily flexing, and cleaning. A worn cushion compromises therapy quality even before the mask "looks" worn out. The AirTouch F30i ComfiSoft fabric cushion follows the same 6-month replacement schedule.
