Compatibility

For use with the Fisher & Paykel SleepStyle+ Auto CPAP machine only. The filter is located at the back of the machine — pinch the existing filter with your fingers, pull it out, and slide the new one straight into the same slot.

Not compatible with the older SleepStyle (non-plus) machine. The original SleepStyle uses a differently-shaped filter — see the F&P SleepStyle Filters page for the correct part. Check the model badge on your machine — "SleepStyle+" or "SleepStyle Plus" means this is the right filter; "SleepStyle" alone means you need the older-machine version.

Standard or Ultra-Fine — Which Filter?

F&P sells two filter products for the SleepStyle+. The 2-pack (this product) is the standard air inlet filter — captures dust, pollen, and other airborne particles for everyday use. The SleepStyle+ Ultra-Fine Filter Pack (900SSP112) contains 1 standard + 3 ultra-fine filters and adds a second-stage 99% filtration of 0.5–0.7 micron particles — worth the upgrade if you have allergies, asthma, pet dander sensitivities, or want to capture finer airborne contaminants like dust mites.

Replacement Schedule

F&P recommends replacing the SleepStyle+ filter approximately every 1–3 months — closer to monthly with pets, allergies, or in dustier environments, and up to 3 months in cleaner indoor settings. Replace sooner if you notice visible discolouration of the white filter material, dirty patches, or a drop in airflow. Check the filter weekly as a habit, and replace immediately if it's been exposed to liquids or visible debris.

Important — Do Not Wash

The SleepStyle+ filter is disposable, not washable. Attempting to wash, rinse, or vacuum the filter damages the fibre matrix and reduces filtration effectiveness. Replace it on schedule rather than try to clean it.
