The genuine ResMed Mirage Activa LT ActiveCell™ replacement cushion with clip — for existing Mirage Activa LT and Mirage SoftGel nasal mask users. The Mirage Activa LT has been discontinued by ResMed, but replacement cushions remain available. Available in Small, Medium, Large, and Large Wide — each pack includes the cushion and the cushion clip. Select your current cushion size from the options above.

• Important — frame sizing note: The Small cushion uses a smaller clip and is only compatible with Small Activa LT or Small SoftGel mask frames. Medium, Large, and Large Wide cushions all use the same standard-size clip and are interchangeable on any standard Activa LT or SoftGel frame — if your current mask is Medium, Large, or Large Wide, you can switch between these three sizes without changing your frame

About the ActiveCell™ Cushion

The ActiveCell cushion uses an inflatable bubble-like membrane surrounding a dual-wall silicone cushion. As therapy air enters, the membrane expands to create a gentle sealing force against the face without requiring tight headgear tension. The membrane also contracts and expands in response to pressure changes and sleeping position changes during the night, decoupling movement from the mask so the seal adjusts automatically rather than lifting away from the face — particularly useful for active sleepers who change position frequently.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the Mirage Activa LT cushion every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, reduced seal quality, visible silicone softening or discolouration, or persistent odour after cleaning. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
