The Night Shift is a lateral sleep device which encourages you to sleep on your side.
The Night Shift uses vibration to train sleepers to stay on their side, as snoring and sleep apnea are usually worse when you sleep on your back.
It is a simple and comfortable device to wear and is made from a non-latex, washable silicone.
The device is worn around the neck and can accomodate neck sizes from 30-55cm.
