The ResMed AirFit N20 Classic is the traditional headgear version of the popular AirFit N20 nasal mask — identical in cushion performance but with Velcro tab and slide-in hook closures instead of magnetic clips, and an adaptive frame with forehead support rather than the frameless design of the standard N20. It delivers the same proven InfinitySeal™ silicone seal with no magnetic components, making it the appropriate choice for patients with pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other magnetically sensitive implanted devices, as well as users who simply prefer traditional headgear adjustments.

Who Is This For?

The AirFit N20 Classic is the right nasal mask for two groups of CPAP users. First: patients who have been advised not to use magnetic components due to a pacemaker, cochlear implant, neurostimulator, or other magnetically sensitive implanted device — the Classic uses no magnets at any point. Second: users who prefer traditional Velcro headgear over magnetic clips, whether for personal preference or because they find magnetic clips fiddly with their specific headgear adjustments. If you don't have a magnetic contraindication and would prefer magnetic clips, the ResMed AirFit N20 is the same mask with magnetic clip headgear. If you'd prefer a memory foam cushion over silicone, the ResMed AirTouch N20 Starter Pack uses the same frame with an UltraSoft foam cushion instead.
