The Fisher & Paykel Pilairo Q is a proven, lightweight nasal pillow CPAP mask with a one-size-fits-all AirPillow™ seal — no cushion size selection needed. The self-inflating pillow uses CPAP pressure to gently expand and seal in and around the nose, accommodating a wide range of nostril shapes and sizes automatically. Two headgear options are included in the box for a customised fit, and the Q Cover diffuser ensures quiet, directed exhalation. The Pilairo Q is the predecessor to the Fisher & Paykel Brevida — if you are new to CPAP therapy and looking for the current generation of F&P inflating nasal pillow masks, the Fisher & Paykel Brevida is the updated version.

• One-size AirPillow™ seal — no sizing required — the AirPillow is made from Variable Thickness Silicone (VTS), just 0.25mm at its thinnest point, that self-inflates with therapy pressure to gently envelop the base of the nostrils and create a double seal in and around the nose; the flexible silicone can move and flex in any direction without breaking the seal, accommodating position changes during sleep without leaking
• Two headgear options included — Adjustable and StretchWise — the Adjustable headgear has three adjustment points (crown plus two sides) for a tailored, precise fit; the StretchWise headgear is a single soft elastic strap that automatically adapts to the wearer's head for a fast, no-fuss fit; both are included in the box so you can choose whichever suits you better
• Q Cover diffuser — quiet and draft-free — the Q Cover attaches over the exhalation ports and disperses exhaled air at approximately 23.6 dBA, quietly and away from the face and bed partner; five spare diffusers are included in the box; the diffuser is not washable and should be replaced every 2–3 months or when the mask becomes noticeably noisier
• 360° ball-and-socket elbow — the flexible short tube connecting the mask to the main CPAP hose rotates freely in any direction to minimise pull and hose drag; the lightweight, flexible tube keeps the mask stable on the face during repositioning
