Care & Cleaning

Hand wash weekly in warm water using a mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Avoid bleach, chlorine, alcohol, scented soaps, and moisturising or antibacterial soaps, as these can degrade the materials over time. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. When to Replace

Plan to replace your Pilairo Q headgear approximately every 12 months, or sooner if you notice any of the following: straps have stretched out, lost their shape, or no longer hold adequate tension; visible fraying or material breakdown; the mask is becoming harder to fit correctly; or there is discolouration, staining, or odour that won't wash out.
