ResMed Standard Air Tubing 2m

The ResMed Standard Air Tubing is a 2m non-heated CPAP hose with universal 22mm cuffs that fits virtually any CPAP or BiLevel machine — except the AirMini. The reliable everyday replacement tube for AirSense 10, AirSense 11, S9 and most other devices.

The ResMed Standard Air Tubing is the genuine 2 m non-heated CPAP hose for ResMed therapy devices, with universal 22 mm cuffed ends that fit virtually any CPAP or BiLevel machine and mask. It's the no-fuss replacement tube for users who don't need (or don't have) heated tubing — and the most universally compatible hose in the ResMed range.

Key Features

  • 2 m length with 22 mm cuffed ends: Universal CPAP/BiLevel connector size — fits ResMed AirSense 10/11, AirCurve 10/11, S9, Lumis, and most other major brands.
  • 19 mm standard inner diameter: Standard-width airflow path — pairs with the standard ResMed tubing wrap if you experience rainout.
  • Lightweight and flexible: Soft grey tubing that handles nightly disconnect-reconnect cycles without kinking.
  • Genuine ResMed part: Built to ResMed quality and tolerance specifications, not a third-party substitute.
  • Latex-free: Suitable for users with latex sensitivities.

Compatibility

The Standard Air Tubing is compatible with virtually all ResMed CPAP and BiLevel machines — including the AirSense 10 and 11, AirCurve 10 and 11, S9 series, and Lumis series — as well as most other major-brand CPAP and BiLevel devices using the universal 22 mm cuff connection. It works with any standard CPAP mask.

Not directly compatible with the ResMed AirMini. The AirMini uses a proprietary tube and connector — for a direct replacement, see the dedicated ResMed AirMini Tubing. If you'd prefer to use this standard tube with your AirMini, the ZephAir Universal CPAP Hose Connector bridges the two.

Standard or Heated Tubing — Which Should You Choose?

For most users in moderate climates, standard tubing works fine — air leaves the humidifier at room temperature and reaches the mask with whatever ambient cooling the room provides. If you experience rainout (water droplets pooling in the tube on cool nights), there are two options: add a Standard Tubing Wrap as an inexpensive insulating cover, or upgrade to a heated tube like the ClimateLineAir for AirSense 10, which actively maintains temperature along the tube. If you want lighter, slimmer non-heated tubing, the ResMed SlimLine Tubing is a 15 mm alternative.

Cleaning & Care

Wash the tube weekly in warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry out of direct sunlight. The tube is not autoclavable and should not be exposed to harsh chemicals or high heat.

When to Replace Your Tube

Replace your CPAP tubing every 6 to 12 months as part of standard maintenance. Replace earlier if you notice cracks, holes, persistent odour, or visible build-up inside the tube that can't be cleaned out.
