ResMed ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing for AirSense 10 - 2m

The ResMed ClimateLineAir is the genuine 2 m heated tube for AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 CPAP machines. Working with the device's HumidAir humidifier, it warms the air on its way to your mask — keeping humidity stable, eliminating "rainout" condensation, and letting your machine's Climate Control feature manage temperature and moisture automatically.

Compatibility

The ClimateLineAir is designed exclusively for ResMed's AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 platforms. It works with the AirSense 10 AutoSet, AirSense 10 Elite, AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her, and the AirCurve 10 S, VAuto, ASV and ST BiLevel machines, as well as Lumis devices. The HumidAir water tub must be installed and active for the heating function to operate.

Not compatible with: AirSense 11 (use the ClimateLineAir 11 instead) or older S9 machines. If you use supplemental oxygen, you'll need the ClimateLineAir Oxy variant with the built-in oxygen connector.

How Climate Control Works

When the ClimateLineAir is connected, your AirSense 10 or AirCurve 10 enables Climate Control — a closed-loop humidification system that monitors ambient room conditions and adjusts heating along the tube to deliver a consistent temperature and humidity at the mask. You set your preferred level once; the machine does the rest. Auto mode is the default and works well for most users, but manual mode is available if you prefer to set a fixed temperature.

Cleaning & Care

Wash the tube weekly in warm water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry out of direct sunlight. The ClimateLineAir can be fully submerged for cleaning, but it must be completely dry before reconnecting to the machine.

When to Replace Your ClimateLineAir Tube

ResMed recommends replacing the ClimateLineAir every 12 months as part of standard CPAP maintenance. Replace earlier if you notice cracks, kinks, persistent odour, or reduced heating performance.
