The ResMed AirCurve 10 CS PaceWave is a premium adaptive servo-ventilator (ASV) designed to stabilise breathing in adults with central sleep apnea (CSA), mixed and complex sleep apnea, and periodic breathing — including Cheyne-Stokes respiration — with or without obstructive sleep apnoea. It is a specialist prescription device, not a standard CPAP machine.

• Easy-Breathe waveform — mimics the shape of natural breathing for smoother, more comfortable therapy.
• Integrated HumidAir heated humidifier with Climate Control — works alongside the optional ClimateLineAir heated tube to keep temperature and humidity consistent and eliminate rainout.
• Built-in wireless connectivity — therapy data flows to ResMed AirView for clinician monitoring and remote adjustment, while patients can track nightly results through the myAir app.
• Continuous leak management — maintains reliable therapy pressure and patient-device synchrony throughout the night.
