The Quattro FX has been discontinued by ResMed, but replacement cushions remain available. Available in Small, Medium, and Large. About the Dual-Wall Spring Air™ Cushion

The Quattro FX uses ResMed's Dual-Wall Spring Air™ full face cushion — the same platform technology that evolved into the AirFit F20's InfinitySeal. The dual-wall design pairs a supportive inner layer with a softer outer membrane that gently inflates and rolls around the nose and mouth area as therapy air flows. This approach distributes pressure evenly across the face, reduces the likelihood of pressure sores at contact points, and maintains a stable seal as users change positions during sleep.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the Quattro FX cushion every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or any reduction in seal quality. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water or CPAP mask wipes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
