About the Enhanced Spring Air™ Cushion

The Quattro Air and AirFit F10 use ResMed's enhanced Spring Air™ dual-wall silicone cushion — an update on the Spring Air technology found in the original Mirage Quattro. The dual-wall design inflates gently with therapy pressure to create a soft, adaptive seal against the face, accommodating movement during sleep without losing seal integrity. The cushion features a slightly textured surface at the nasal bridge contact area, which helps the cushion grip gently against the skin for a more stable and comfortable seal than a smooth silicone surface alone.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the Quattro Air / AirFit F10 cushion every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or any reduction in seal quality. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
