ResMed Standard Tubing Wrap for CPAP Hose

The ResMed Standard Tubing Wrap is a soft microfibre cover that slides over your existing CPAP hose to reduce rainout, lower noise and slow overnight temperature loss. It's designed to fit ResMed's standard 19 mm 2 m air tubing — and it's a cover only. The hose is not included with this purchase.

Compatibility

This wrap is sized for ResMed's Standard 19 mm CPAP tubing — the grey non-heated tube supplied with AirSense 10, AirCurve 10 and S9 series machines, as well as most other CPAP and BiPAP machines that use a standard 19 mm hose.

Not for SlimLine 15 mm tubing. If you use ResMed's SlimLine Tubing or another 15 mm hose, you'll need the dedicated ResMed SlimLine Tubing Wrap instead — it's sized to the slimmer diameter.

Not needed for heated tubes. If you have a heated tube like the ClimateLineAir for AirSense 10, the tube already manages temperature internally — adding an insulating cover isn't recommended.

How to Fit the Wrap

Fully unzip the wrap and unfasten the Velcro strap. Pass one end of your tube through the closed-zipper end, slide the wrap along the tube's length, then zip closed and secure the Velcro. Connectors at each end of the tube remain exposed, so you can still attach to your mask and machine without removing the wrap.

Cleaning & Care

Gently hand-wash the wrap in warm water and air-dry out of direct sunlight. Make sure the wrap is fully dry before refitting it to your tube. Note that washing the wrap doesn't replace cleaning the tube itself — your hose still needs its usual weekly clean.

Important Temperature Note

ResMed advises not using the tubing wrap when room temperature exceeds 30 °C. In hot conditions the insulation can raise the air temperature at the mask above comfortable levels.
