The Wisp's magnetic clips are what make donning and doffing the mask quick and intuitive — a simple click secures the headgear in place without fiddling with traditional buckles or tabs. Over time, clips can weaken, crack, or lose their snap, making it harder to achieve a reliable fit. Replacing worn clips is one of the simplest ways to restore your mask's performance and get a consistent seal night after night.

Care & Cleaning

Hand wash weekly in warm water with a mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not use bleach, chlorine, alcohol, scented soaps, or moisturising or antibacterial soaps. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Refer to the Wisp user guide for full care instructions.

When to Replace

Replace the magnetic clips approximately every 12 months, or sooner if you notice any of the following: the magnetic connection feels weak or fails to hold securely; clips are cracked, broken, or visibly deformed; the mask is increasingly difficult to position correctly or no longer maintains a good seal; or there is discoloration or odour that does not clean off. Keeping the clips in good condition is a straightforward step toward consistent, comfortable therapy.
