The ResMed ClimateLineAir Oxy is the heated tube for AirSense 10 and AirCurve 10 CPAP users who need supplemental oxygen as part of their therapy. It pairs the same Climate Control humidification as the standard ClimateLineAir with a built-in oxygen connector at the machine cuff — letting you integrate your O2 supply without the cluttered bleed-in adapter at the mask.

How the Oxygen Connection Works

Your oxygen supply tubing plugs directly into a dedicated port on the cuff at the machine end of the ClimateLineAir Oxy. Oxygen is then introduced into the airstream at the source, travels with the warmed humidified air through the heated tube, and reaches your mask as a single integrated flow. This replaces the typical "bleed-in" setup where O2 tubing tees into the CPAP hose near the mask — fewer connection points, less drag on your face, and a cleaner overall arrangement on the bedside table.

A note on supplemental oxygen: Oxygen therapy is clinically managed and requires a prescription. Set your flow rate as directed by your sleep specialist or respiratory clinician.

Compatibility

Designed for ResMed's AirSense 10 platform — including the AirSense 10 AutoSet, AirSense 10 Elite, AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her — and the AirCurve 10 BiLevel range (S, VAuto, ASV, ST). The HumidAir water tub must be installed and active for Climate Control to operate.

Not compatible with: AirSense 11 (different platform connector — see the ClimateLineAir 11) or older S9 machines. If you don't use supplemental oxygen, the standard ClimateLineAir for AirSense 10 is the right choice.

How Climate Control Works

When the ClimateLineAir Oxy is connected, your AirSense 10 or AirCurve 10 enables Climate Control — a closed-loop system that monitors ambient room conditions and adjusts heating along the tube to deliver consistent temperature and humidity at the mask. Auto mode is the default; manual mode lets you set a fixed temperature between 16 °C and 30 °C.

Cleaning & Care

Wash weekly in warm water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry out of direct sunlight. The tube must be completely dry before reconnecting to the machine.

When to Replace Your ClimateLineAir Oxy

ResMed recommends replacing the ClimateLineAir Oxy every 12 months as part of standard CPAP maintenance. Replace earlier if you notice cracks, kinks, persistent odour, reduced heating performance, or any damage around the oxygen port.
