The ResMed ClimateLineAir 11 is the genuine 2 m heated tube for AirSense 11 CPAP machines. Working with the AirSense 11's HumidAir 11 humidifier, it warms the air on its way to your mask — keeping humidity stable, eliminating "rainout" condensation, and letting the machine's Climate Control feature manage temperature and humidity automatically.

Compatibility

The ClimateLineAir 11 is designed exclusively for ResMed's AirSense 11 platform. It works with the AirSense 11 AutoSet and AirSense 11 Elite, paired with a HumidAir 11 humidifier tub (standard or cleanable version).

Not cross-compatible with earlier ResMed platforms. The AirSense 11 uses a different physical connector to the AirSense 10, so the older ClimateLineAir won't fit. If you own an AirSense 10 or AirCurve 10, you'll need the ClimateLineAir for AirSense 10 instead.

How Climate Control Works

When the ClimateLineAir 11 is connected, your AirSense 11 automatically enables Climate Control — a closed-loop humidification system that monitors ambient room conditions through sensors in the tube and machine, then adjusts heating along the tube to deliver a consistent temperature and humidity at the mask. Auto mode is the default and works well for most users; manual mode lets you set a fixed temperature between 16°C and 30°C if you prefer.

Cleaning & Care

Wash the tube weekly in warm water with a mild detergent (do not exceed 55°C). Rinse thoroughly and air-dry out of direct sunlight. The tube must be completely dry before reconnecting to the machine.

When to Replace Your ClimateLineAir 11

ResMed recommends replacing the ClimateLineAir 11 every 12 months as part of standard CPAP maintenance. Replace earlier if you notice holes, tears, cracks, persistent odour, or reduced heating performance.
