ResMed AirFit N30i, AirFit F30i & AirTouch F30i Elbow

The genuine ResMed quick-release replacement elbow for ResMed's "30i" tube-up mask family. The elbow sits at the top of the head, connecting the mask frame to your CPAP tube, and rotates a full 360° so the hose moves with you as you change position. The quick-release action lets you disconnect from the tubing in one motion — handy for night-time trips — while the elbow stays on the hose so it doesn't get lost. If yours has cracked, stiffened, or no longer swivels freely, a genuine replacement restores a clean, secure connection.

Make Sure You Need the Elbow — Not the Frame or the Vent

It's easy to order the wrong 30i part, so a quick check:

• Elbow (this part) — the small connector at the top that joins the frame to the tube. Replace it if it's cracked or the swivel has worn.
• Frame — the larger curved tube that runs over your head. If that's the cracked part, you need the N30i/P30i frame with elbow instead.
• Vent (noise) — on the N30i and P30i, the QuietAir vent that keeps the mask quiet sits in the cushion, not the elbow. A noisy nasal mask is usually a cushion or vent issue, not an elbow one.

On the full-face F30i and AirTouch F30i, keep the mask's vents and anti-asphyxia valve clean and clear in line with ResMed's user guide — they're part of how the mask lets you breathe safely.
