Elbow or Diffuser — Which Do I Need?

These are two different Brevida parts. This elbow is the connector with the swivels and short tube. The separate Brevida washable diffuser is the small cover that snaps over the elbow's vent holes to reduce noise and soften the exhalation draught — choose that if your elbow is fine and you only want a quieter vent.
