Rather than just the elbow, this is the whole connector in one part — elbow, swivel, anti-asphyxia valve and clip — so a single purchase restores both the movement and the safety function of your mask's tube connection.

What's in the Assembly

• Elbow — joins the mask frame to your CPAP tube.
• Swivel — rotates a full 360° so the hose moves with you and doesn't drag or tug at the seal.
• Anti-asphyxia valve — the safety valve described below.
• Clip — secures the assembly to the mask frame.

Why the Anti-Asphyxia Valve Matters

Because the Mirage Quattro covers both your nose and mouth, it includes an anti-asphyxia valve — a one-way safety valve that opens to let you breathe room air if your machine switches off or loses pressure during the night. Over time the valve membrane can stiffen or the surrounding plastic can crack, which is exactly why ResMed offers the elbow, valve, swivel and clip as one assembly: replacing it together restores this built-in safety function as well as the connection.

Compatible Masks

Fits the ResMed Mirage Quattro, Mirage Quattro FX and Mirage Quattro FX For Her full face masks. It does not fit the Quattro Air or AirFit F10 — despite the similar name, the Quattro Air is a different mask that uses its own elbow.
