About the RollFit™ Seal

The original Eson uses F&P's RollFit™ silicone seal — the same core technology that underpins the Eson 2 and the Vitera's RollFit XT™. The seal is designed to roll gently back and forth on the nasal bridge as you move during sleep, automatically adjusting to maintain a consistent seal without requiring tight headgear tension. This rolling action reduces localised pressure on the nasal bridge and minimises the marks and soreness that a static silicone cushion can cause over a full night of therapy.

When to Replace

Replace the Eson seal every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or any reduction in seal quality. Clean daily by gently washing with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight. If you are considering upgrading to the current generation of F&P nasal masks, the Fisher & Paykel Eson 2 is the updated successor with over 20 design improvements.
