The Mirage Quattro has been discontinued by ResMed, but replacement cushions remain available. • Important — cushion size must match frame size: Unlike some other masks, Mirage Quattro cushion and clip sizes are not interchangeable across frame sizes. Your cushion size must match your mask frame size exactly — Extra Small cushion for Extra Small frame, Small for Small, Medium for Medium, and Large for Large. About the Spring Air™ Cushion

The Mirage Quattro uses ResMed's Spring Air™ dual-wall silicone cushion — the same platform technology that underpins the AirFit F20 range. The dual-wall design works as a spring: the outer wall provides structural stability while the inner wall flexes to create a gentle, adaptive seal against the face. As therapy pressure enters the cushion, the inner wall expands slightly to maintain seal integrity across position changes during sleep, reducing the tendency for air to escape when you shift positions in the night.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the Mirage Quattro cushion every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or any loss of seal integrity. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
