About the DreamWisp Cushion

The DreamWisp uses a minimal contact silicone nasal cushion that seals in and around the base of the nostrils without covering the nasal bridge, leaving a wide, clear field of vision. Unlike conventional nasal masks, the DreamWisp routes therapy air through the hollow mask frame itself rather than a tube running down the front of the face — so even if one side of the frame is compressed during side sleeping, therapy continues uninterrupted through the other side. All five cushion sizes fit any DreamWisp frame universally, so trying a different size is as simple as purchasing a new cushion.

When to Replace

Replace the DreamWisp cushion every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, or persistent odour. The cushion and frame are dishwasher safe — run once per week on a gentle cycle without the drying cycle and allow to air dry. Do not put the fabric headgear in the dishwasher. For daily maintenance, wipe with CPAP mask wipes or clean with mild soap and water.
