About the P30i Nasal Pillow Cushion

The AirFit P30i uses a dual-wall nasal pillow cushion with integrated QuietAir™ woven-mesh venting. Unlike conventional nasal pillows that have a single rigid wall, the dual-wall design allows the inner pillow wall to flex with each movement, maintaining a consistent seal as users shift sleeping position without needing to overtighten the headgear. The integrated QuietAir vent diffuses exhaled air quietly through the woven mesh, directing it away from the face and bed partner rather than through a concentrated vent opening.

When to Replace

ResMed recommends replacing the AirFit P30i cushion every 6 months under normal use. Signs that it's time to replace include increased leak alerts, reduced seal quality, visible silicone softening or discolouration, or persistent odour after cleaning. Clean daily with mild soap and warm water or CPAP mask wipes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
