About the Simplus RollFit™ Seal

The Simplus uses F&P's RollFit™ full face seal — a silicone cushion that rolls in response to movement rather than being held rigidly against the face by headgear tension. The RollFit design allows the seal to follow subtle facial movements during sleep, maintaining contact and seal integrity without overtightening the headgear. The Simplus seal also incorporates F&P's integrated elbow with 360-degree rotation, meaning the CPAP tube can be positioned in any direction without creating torque on the mask frame that could disturb the seal.

When to Replace

Replace the Simplus seal every 6 months under normal use, or sooner if you notice increased leaks, visible silicone softening or discolouration, a tacky feel after cleaning, or persistent odour. Clean daily by gently washing with mild soap and warm water or CPAP mask wipes, rinse thoroughly, and air dry away from direct sunlight.
