ResMed AirSense 10 / Lumis Side Cover — Charcoal

The genuine ResMed side cover (part 37303) in charcoal — a replacement for the HumidAir water chamber on the AirSense 10 series and AirCurve 10 BiLevel range. When fitted in place of the water chamber, the side cover seals the chamber bay, automatically disables the built-in humidifier, and reduces the machine length from approximately 255 mm down to roughly 200 mm. Ideal for users who don't use humidification, for travel (no water to leak, smaller footprint), or as a replacement for a lost or damaged original.

What This Cover Does

• Automatically disables the humidifier — no separate setting required; the machine detects the cover
• Reduces the machine footprint — about 22% shorter than with the water chamber fitted, making the machine more travel-friendly

When to Use the Side Cover

• Travel — smaller footprint, no water chamber to leak, no need to find distilled water at your destination
• You don't use humidification — some users find the humidifier unnecessary or uncomfortable; the side cover converts the machine to a non-humidified setup
• Replacement — if your original side cover has been lost or damaged
• Battery operation — running the machine on battery power is more efficient with the humidifier disabled; the side cover ensures the humidifier circuit stays off

Installation

Remove the HumidAir water chamber by pressing the release button and pulling the chamber out. Insert the side cover into the same slot — it clicks into place. No tools required, takes about 10 seconds. The machine will detect the cover and disable humidifier output automatically.
