Care & Cleaning

Hand wash weekly in warm water using a mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Avoid bleach, chlorine, alcohol, and scented, moisturising, or antibacterial soaps, as these can degrade the materials over time. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. When to Replace

Plan to replace your Nova Nasal headgear approximately every 12 months as part of your regular CPAP maintenance routine. Replace sooner if you notice the straps have stretched out or no longer hold tension, the headgear has lost its shape, there is visible fraying or material breakdown, the mask has become harder to fit properly, or there is discolouration, staining, or odour that won't wash out.
