Care & Cleaning

Hand wash weekly in warm water using a mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Do not use bleach, chlorine, alcohol, scented soaps, or moisturising or antibacterial soaps, as these can degrade the fabric. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Gently squeeze out excess water — do not wring — and air dry away from direct sunlight. Always refer to the manufacturer's user guide for full care instructions.

When to Replace

Plan to replace your Pilairo Q Stretchwise Headgear approximately every 12 months as part of your regular CPAP maintenance routine. Replace sooner if you notice the straps have stretched out or no longer hold tension, the fabric shows visible wear or pilling, the mask is becoming harder to fit or is no longer maintaining a good seal, or there is discolouration, staining, or odour that won't wash out.
